Andrew Harris is the creator and developer behind the DripLab. He made the move from working as a chef to follow his passion for coffee in 2012. Driven by passion and almost completely self taught, Andrew got his hands on any and all brewing devices and gadgets to increase his knowledge of the cold drip process and the science behind cold extraction. Soon after, the DripLab Cold Drip System was born.
