This is the blend that got us started, and even after four years is still our favourite. We use it every single day in each of our beloved cafes and still can't get enough. Rich and full-bodied with notes of malt, toffee, almond and cocoa, the Padre blend is a carefully balanced concoction of beans from Colombia, India, Costa Rica, Ethiopia and Sumatra.

Rich and sweet, our namesake blend is fantastically easy to work with and brews beautifully any way you know how. Deliciously complex as espresso, Padre is mild and balanced enough to be drunk white or black, long or short, and trust us when we say that it makes a smashing filter, plunger, aeropress or stovetop coffee too.

For a lot of people, the Padre blend is the be all and end all, but If you're new to Padre, just call it the perfect place to start.
