James is off to San Francisco for a holiday.... and some coffee. Meanwhile we're all back on deck, bikes neatly stacked on the tiny Brunswick East footpath and I think telstar bakery is back in the black supplying us all with lunch. The new indian crop is cupping up a treat - sundried natural - sweet, mild acidity and some serious body. Costa Rican microlots floating around the stores at the moment and don't tell jamie but we have a couple of panama's back for a change. working on getting some new eco friendly packaging at the moment - but finding this a road much less travelled. drowning in foil and plastic. |

The bags hold up incredibly well for re-use though. If you don't get them sealed that is. Mine has been going for months now with no problem at all. Although there's not much room left for stamps :)
