 | Fair Trade Fortnight starts next week. Fair Trade is particularly important to the coffee industry as it ensures environmental sustainability, financial security and education for coffee farmers who need it most. At Padre we roast a number of Fair Trade coffees and if you're not familiar with them, then now is the time to become an expert. We will be running a Fair Trade coffee cupping evening on Wednesday the 13th of May at 6.30pm. Starting with an overview of Fair Trade and how it relates to coffee, followed by a cupping of Fair Trade coffees, finishing with Q&A with drinks and nibbles.
