 | It has been a busy start to 2009, the usual house keeping is keeping us busy and the hectic, nigh sometimes crazy (refering to the hot weather) roasting schedule has kept us all a bit subdued. A host of new singles are keeping our tastebuds in tune with a new FTO East Timor - a surprisingly different coffee, this one has kept us intrigued. We've tried a few different roast profiles - all coming up trumps - still experimenting and can't believe how good this coffee is tasting. The T-Shirts are here !
