Soy decaf mocha latte ? Pouring coffee is serious business. Real serious. Well serious enough. Well sometimes it's taken a bit too seriously,
but more often than not it isn't. Truth is, it is still damn hard work to make a good cup of coffee - everyday.
Hard working baristas are dedicated and passionate individuals, and they have to be - doubling
as a source of local news, commentators on the politics of the day, agony aunt, life coach & coffee machine magician.
How do they do it? day in and day out, rain, shine, soy or skinny milk? weak decaf soy mocha latte with two equals? No worries.
Special people work in this very special industry, dedicated, skilled, professional and some would say slightly crazy.
